February - Ladies Thursday morning Bible Study The Ladies Thursday morning Bible Study has started and meets at the church at 10 a.m. For more information please visit the Women's Ministry page. February 23 - Pot Blessing Luncheon Please join us right after the Worship Service in the Fellowship Hall. This is a church family favorite. Great food and fellowship. Please bring a dish to share. February 24 - Ladies Monday evening Bible Study The Monday evening Bible study will start February 24 at 7:00 p.m. They will be meeting at Laura Strickland's house. The study will be on "Jonah ~ Navigate a Life Interrupted." Please see Laura for more information. March 1 - Men's Monthly Prayer Meeting w/Breakfast! Every 1st Saturday of the month. Please join us for breakfast & prayer starting @ 8 a.m. We gather together to give thanks for God’s gracious provision in our lives. For His faithfulness in all things including our church ministries, outreach programs, our church body, our families, etc., along with our prayerful supplications. March 8 - VBS/Mission Trip Planning Event It will be from 4p-6p. Snacks will be provided. Meeting at the church. They are gearing up for our church VBS that is taking place June 9-13. The Teens help out in a variety of ways for this popular annual event every June. Also, planning for their Mission Trip coming up July 19-26 March 28 - May 2 - FREE Friday Night Skating Fun for the whole family. Every Friday Night for 10 weeks! It all starts at 6:30 p.m. Besides skating, there's light snacks and a Bible lesson for all. You are welcome to bring your own skates. We do have skates for all sizes and parents are encouraged to join their kiddos for family fun. May 1 - National Day of Prayer Please join us as we gather together at the church to pray for our Nation, our Leaders, etc. as the Bible instructs us to do in 1 Timothy 2:1-5. We will meet at 6:30 p.m. We will also be praying for other important topics such as our church leaders and church body, our families, our military-active and veteran, our local government, our schools, etc. June 9 through 13 - VBS Our next VBS will be June 9-13, 2025 @ 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. If you are interested in volunteering to help with VBS this summer, please place the completed insert that's in the bulletin, in the offering basket or turn it in to the office. |
Trust everyone is doing well. Many in the body have reached out and offered to be of help and service in any way to older members of the congregation. Kelly and Elise White have offered to co-ordinate this effort. If you would like to be a part of that or know of someone who might benefit from that, please contact Ken or Bob. These are increasingly uncertain and difficult days. May each of us be confident that “The Lord’s loving kindnesses indeed never cease, for His compassion's never fail. They are new every morning; Great is your faithfulness.” (Lamentations 3:22,23) |
